Our refund policy lasts 30 days after receipt of the product.
If you received a damaged or defective product:
Please contact us at kaukasmile@gmail.com as soon as possible within 30 days of receiving the product to set up this procedure.
IMPORTANT: The email must include the following 3 elements:
- The reason for your refund request
- A video or photo of the breakage/problem you are experiencing
- Your order number (ex: #1234)
We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost or refund you if applicable.
Note: Our team will verify the video/photo(s) before issuing a replacement or refund.
We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if the criteria below are met: Items are faulty - damaged/broken or soiled upon receipt of package. Packages lost in transit.
Note: The store name cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
Please ensure that all the information you provided is correct before submitting your order to avoid loss of mail or other mishaps. International customer must provide a phone number.

If you believe you have entered the wrong address, you must contact us immediately to correct the error. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering.
Please note that our standard shipping is published in the description of each product. All customers should be made aware of this before placing an order. All refunds will be issued within 24-48 hours before the fund is reflected in the customer's bank account.
KAUKA reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria. Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
